TWO IN HARMONY PRIVACY POLICY.
This Privacy Policy forms part of the Two in Harmony Terms and Conditions of Service and explains the steps we take to ensure information about you is kept confidential and secure.

1. Your personal details will be kept confidential by Two in Harmony and will not be disclosed to other persons, or organizations.
2. You will have access to all your own profile details and you may change or update your profile at any time. Your username, password and email address can be updated by contacting Two in Harmony.
3. We will have access to your password but we will use it only if you request it or if you have breached, or we suspect you have breached the Two in Harmony Terms and Conditions of Service or if we need access to your account for technical reasons.
4. When you register with Two in Harmony we will ask for your email address. Your credit card details will not be known to us as they will be processed by a third party credit processing company and we will not have records of them. Our credit card processor employs a range of industry leading security facilities to ensure your information is kept safe.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
5. We will use your personal contact information to communicate with you if we need to contact you for any reason. Contacts to you may include forwarding messages from other members, informing you of our products and services, replying to questions or requests you may make, and confirming receipt of your communications to us.
PROFILE INFORMATION
6. The user name you choose for the registration of your profile will be seen by other members but the password you choose and your email address will not. Other members will only know the information about you that is displayed in your profile or that you choose to tell them.

When you fill out your profile, the information you provide will be available to other users of this site, but we will not require you to give details that would allow other users to contact you outside this website. Other users of this service will not see your, email address, or any other contact details that we require you may give
8. Your answers to the questionnaire will not be seen by other registered members, or be made public by Two in Harmony.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED
9. Two in Harmony will not disclose information provided by you on this site to any third party without your consent. Not withstanding, Two in Harmony may disclose such information if it is already in the public domain, where there has been a substantial and serious breach of this agreement, to protect the interests of Two in Harmony and/or it’s members, or is required to be disclosed by law or by a government department.
10. When you send emails to other members internally through Two in Harmony they are sent to those members automatically, however, these may be routinely monitored by Two in Harmony to ensure emails are being used in accordance with the Two in Harmony Terms and Conditions agreement.
11. Two in Harmony employees and technicians may access the content of your account in order to identify and resolve complaints or technical problems.
SECURITY
12. Two in Harmony gives high priority to keeping the information you have supplied secure. It is our aim to ensure that your personal information is protected as much as possible, but data transmitted over the Internet can never be guaranteed as totally secure. Two in Harmony does not and cannot give any warranty in regard to the security of your personal information. Any information which is sent by you is sent at your own risk.
13. Copying and/or distributing information from any part of this site including a member’s profile, by members or the media, without permission is illegal and is in breach of copyright. Two in Harmony cannot be held responsible should this occur.
STATISTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR USERS
14. We may collect information about users and members to help us improve services. We may disclose aggregate but not individual statistics eg: number of users, typical ages, and locations.
STORAGE
15. Any communications you send to us such as complaints or comments about other registered members may be stored by us for our future reference. Testimonials you send to us may be used by Two in Harmony but only with your consent.
16. We wish to advise that the Two in Harmony shall not be responsible for storing any information or materials on your behalf.
