AGREEMENT

9. A person remains a member for as long as their details remain on this website. A member can chose to delete their details at any time by contacting Two in Harmony. Two in Harmony reserves the right, but is not obliged, to delete the profile of any member that has been inactive for a period of more than six months.
10. You are solely responsible for all and any information you display, publish, transmit or otherwise communicate in any manner on this website and/or to any registered user of this service.
11. You agree that the information you provide about yourself on this website in your profile is true, accurate, current and not misleading, and you agree to update and maintain your information so that it remains true, accurate, current and not misleading.

You agree not to publish or otherwise transmit on this website any images of any person other than yourself, images containing nudity or partial nudity, images of children, animals, cartoons or illustrations. Two in Harmony reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject or remove any profile, photo or any other material that is posted on this site that does not comply with the letter and/or spirit of these Terms and Conditions of Service.

You agree not to publish on this website or to transmit or otherwise communicate to any registered member, or owner, manager, or employee of Two in Harmony, any defamatory, offensive, harassing, libellous, intimidating, profane, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually offensive, anatomical, racist or otherwise objectionable messages or content.
14. You agree not to take any action to promote the physical harm or harassment or provide false, misleading or illegal information to any one connected to the Two in Harmony website, including but not limited to Two in Harmony owners, managers, staff or employees

22. You agree not to post any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, urls or email addresses of any person other than yourself in any area of this website that is accessible to the public or Two in Harmony’s general membership.
23. You agree not to use this website to publish, transmit, post, modify, copy, distribute or reproduce in any way any trademarked or copyrighted material, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
24. We confirm that Two in Harmony may contact you regarding information and/or content you post on this website, and that we may supply details of that information or content to relevant law enforcement agencies if Two in Harmony becomes aware of any possible violation of local or national law. Two in Harmony will comply with all lawful requests for information from law enforcement agencies.
25. We confirm that Two in Harmony may suspend or terminate without notice your use of the website and delete files in your account if Two in Harmony believes that you have breached the terms of this agreement, or suspects you are involved in illegal or fraudulent activity, or is not able to ascertain the validity or accuracy of the information you have provided on this website, or for any technical or business reasons.
26. Two in Harmony may terminate your registration at any time without notice and for any reason at all, without obligation to disclose the reason for the termination. This termination of registration will not terminate this agreement, which will continue to stand in relation to all and any past, present or future dealings between you and Two in Harmony.

Indemnity By Registered Users
29 You agree to indemnify and hold Two in Harmony Christian Singles Matching and Dating and it’s directors subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any loss, costs, expenses, damage, claim, liabilities or demand, including reasonable legal fees made by any third party or incurred or suffered by Two in Harmony or its directors subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, arising out of, or relating to your use of this service, including any breach of this Agreement.
